A clear guide to returns, refunds and made-to-order items — written in plain English, in line with UK consumer law.
Online orders — the 14 + 14 day rule (UK)
- You have 14 days from delivery to tell us you want to return an eligible ready-to-wear item.
- You then have a further 14 days to send it back.
- That’s 28 days total from delivery to complete the return.
Made-to-order, made-to-measure & personalised
Items made specifically for you are non-returnable unless faulty. This includes made-to-order, made-to-measure, personalised items, and custom sizing or adjustments — because they cannot be resold.
Ready-to-wear returns (online)
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with all original tags attached.
- Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- We recommend using a tracked service — we can’t refund items lost in transit.
Faulty or incorrect items
If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can put it right. Your rights are protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
How to request a return
Please use the contact link on our website (we avoid publishing email addresses to reduce spam). Include:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
