<p>Welcome to Minycled. These Terms of Service explain the rules for using our website, placing orders, and shopping with us. By using this site, you agree to these terms.</p>
<h2>1. About Minycled</h2>
<p>Minycled Ltd is a slow-fashion business creating ready-to-wear, made-to-order, and made-to-measure garments from ethical, reclaimed, deadstock, and organic fabrics. I work in small batches and some pieces are custom-built specifically for each customer.</p>
<h2>2. Using This Website</h2>
<p>By using this website you agree that:</p>
<ul>
<li>You will not misuse the site or its content.</li>
<li>You will provide accurate details when placing an order.</li>
<li>You are over 18 or have permission from a legal guardian.</li>
</ul>
<h2>3. Orders</h2>
<p>Your order is confirmed once payment is completed. I may contact you if:</p>
<ul>
<li>A fabric becomes unavailable</li>
<li>There is an error with stock or pricing</li>
<li>Additional measurements are required</li>
</ul>
<p>If I cannot fulfil your order, you will be refunded in full.</p>
<h2>4. Made-to-Order & Made-to-Measure Orders</h2>
<p>Made-to-Order and Made-to-Measure garments are made specifically for you.</p>
<p><strong>By placing a custom order, you agree that:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>You understand these items are exempt from the 14-day cancellation rule under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.</li>
<li>You understand these items are non-refundable unless faulty.</li>
<li>You confirm all measurements you provide are accurate to the best of your ability.</li>
</ul>
<h2>5. Limited Fabrics & Deadstock</h2>
<p>Many Minycled pieces are made from reclaimed, limited, or deadstock fabrics. This means once a fabric roll is gone, I cannot reproduce it. Orders are accepted on a first-come basis.</p>
<h2>6. Pricing & Payment</h2>
<p>Prices are listed in GBP and include tax unless stated. Payment is taken at checkout through secure third-party providers (Shopify Payments, PayPal, etc.). I do not store your card information.</p>
<h2>7. Shipping</h2>
<p>Shipping times vary depending on whether the item is ready-to-wear or made-to-order. Estimated times are shown at checkout. You are responsible for ensuring your address is correct.</p>
<h2>8. Returns & Refunds</h2>

<ul>
<li><strong>Ready-to-Wear online:</strong> 14-day cancellation + 14-day return window (28 days total).</li>
<li><strong>Made-to-Order / Made-to-Measure:</strong> Non-returnable unless faulty.</li>
<li><strong>In-store purchases:</strong> No legal right to return unless faulty.</li>
</ul>
<h2>9. Faulty Items</h2>
<p>If you believe your item is faulty, please contact me as soon as possible. You may be entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.</p>
<h2>10. Fabric Reservation Deposits</h2>
<p>Fabric reservation deposits hold a specific fabric for 6 weeks. These deposits are non-refundable. If the full payment for your garment is not completed, the fabric may be released back into stock.</p>
<h2>11. Intellectual Property</h2>
<p>All images, logos, designs, product photography, and text on this website are the property of Minycled Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, or use my content without written permission.</p>
<h2>12. Personal Data</h2>
<p>Any personal information you provide is handled in line with my Privacy Policy and UK GDPR requirements. I do not sell personal data, and I only use it for order processing or where you give consent.</p>
<h2>13. Website Availability</h2>
<p>I do my best to keep the website running smoothly, but I cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. I may update or change products and pricing at any time.</p>
<h2>14. Limitation of Liability</h2>
<p>I am not liable for loss or damage caused by events outside my control, such as postal delays, courier issues, or website downtime.</p>
