All Minycled pieces are designed and made to order in the UK (Devon) by me, Karen, with support from a local freelance seamstress. Each garment is cut, sewn and finished once your order is placed, not before.

Please allow 2–4 weeks for made-to-order clothing to be produced. Working days do not include weekends or bank holidays.

Made-to-order production time is usually 2–4 weeks, and this is in addition to delivery time once dispatched.

DHL Express offers faster international shipping, usually 1–5 working days from dispatch.

Where available, DHL rates are shown at checkout. You’ll receive tracking once your parcel ships.

For orders shipped outside the UK (including the EU, USA, Australia and the rest of the world):

• Your parcel may be subject to import taxes, VAT, duties or handling fees.
• These charges are not included in Minycled’s prices or shipping rates.
• Fees are set by your local customs authority and are the customer’s responsibility.

If you’re unsure, please check your country’s guidance on importing goods from the UK before ordering.

Since Brexit, parcels travelling between the UK and EU can sometimes take longer and may attract extra charges:

• EU customers may need to pay import duties, VAT or handling fees.
• Delivery times can be extended due to customs checks and processing.
• These charges and checks are controlled by local authorities, not Minycled.
